Job Overview – Administrative Assistant/Client Service:

Step into a pivotal role with our client as an Administrative Assistant/Client Service professional in Montgomery County, PA. This full-time, on-site position supports client-facing activities, operational efficiency, and administrative excellence. You’ll be the backbone of a dynamic team, managing schedules, coordinating travel, and ensuring high-quality output for client deliverables.

Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000/year

Location: Montgomery County, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-Site)

Responsibilities as the Administrative Assistant/Client Service:

  • Client Support: Format resumes, draft position evaluations, contracts, and manage client deliverables in collaboration with principals.
  • Communication Management: Serve as the professional interface for clients and prospects, handling correspondence and screening/vetting calls.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Oversee interview and meeting schedules, manage calendars, and provide detailed to-do lists.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize and manage travel plans for the team.
  • Documentation and Filing: Draft, proofread, track, and organize all correspondence while maintaining both physical and electronic records.
  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical support for annual conferences, anticipate follow-up actions, and offer backup phone support.

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant/Client Service:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of Administrative Office experience in professional services or a similar environment.
  • Skills: Demonstrates strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, with a high level of energy and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Attributes: Skilled multitasker with strong follow-up, teamwork, and client-focused communication abilities.
