Job Title: Administrative Support – Account Management
Location: Cheltenham area (Remote with occasional travel)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

Job Purpose
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Account Management Team, ensuring efficient reporting, communication, and organisational assistance. Support confidential business duties and contribute to seamless account management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality administration support to the Account Management Team.

Manage diaries, meetings, and event preparation collaboratively.

Take notes, minutes, and actions during meetings accurately.

Oversee the security clearance process, handling sensitive information discreetly.

Prepare, edit, and format documents and presentations as required.

Perform any additional reasonable duties as requested by the Manager.
Person Specification

Strong communication skills across all management levels.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong prioritisation ability.

Experience in secretarial and administrative duties.

Positive, versatile attitude with a ‘can-do’ approach.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software.

Personable, approachable with good time management.

GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths & English.

Ability to obtain and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance.

Willingness to travel regularly across locations in England.
