Location: Brixworth / Towcester / Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Administrator Responsibilities

Provide essential administrative support to the HR team.

Act as the first point of contact for HR administration queries.

Process employee lifecycle transactions efficiently.

Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Draft and issue employee correspondence regarding contract changes.

Assist the Human Resources Business Partner in daily operations.
Essential Skills for a Successful Administrator
