Join Aspire People as an Experienced School Administrator
Are you an experienced Administrator looking to take on a fresh challenge in a school environment? Aspire People is now hiring Administrators for both Primary and Secondary Schools across the area. Candidates must have prior experience using SIMS and/or Arbor and be comfortable working in fast-paced school offices. Roles are temporary and may lead to long-term or permanent opportunities. We offer both part-time and full-time hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with excellent support throughout your placement.
Administrator Responsibilities in School Settings
As a school Administrator, your role will include various administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of the school office. Your duties may involve:

Managing data entry using SIMS or Arbor

Answering phones and taking messages

Drafting letters, memos, and general correspondence

Filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties

Interacting with parents, pupils, and staff in a professional manner

Experience in school administration is essential, and a strong working knowledge of SIMS and/or Arbor is required.
Administrator Job Conditions and Requirements
To be considered for this Administrator position, you must be open to temporary work, be fully registered with Aspire People, and able to provide Right to Work documentation. You will also need an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (we can assist with processing if needed for £56.49).
