Job Description:
QA Higher Education is seeking an experienced Administrator to support our International Student Recruitment Team. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid working setup from either our London or Birmingham office.
You will play a vital role in managing the full administrative cycle of international student applications—from initial enquiries through to enrolment on undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to international students, agents, and university partners

Support applicants through the full application journey: interviews, documentation, visa processes

Track student application pipelines and ensure timely updates and follow-ups

Collaborate with International Officers and Regional Managers to support recruitment targets

Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
Candidate Requirements:

Prior experience in education administration, university admissions, or student recruitment

Excellent organisational, multitasking, and IT skills

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Customer-focused, proactive, and self-motivated
-
Experience with international students and visa support is desirable
