Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated SCITT Administrator to join our friendly and collaborative team at the Bournemouth Bay Teacher Training Partnership (BBTTP). You’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) programme as we train and inspire the next generation of secondary school teachers.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain trainee records, databases, and reporting systems

Coordinate communications with trainees, mentors, and partner schools

Support trainee recruitment, vetting, and open day events
-
Provide admin and coordination support for key milestones including graduation and QTS awarding
-
General admin tasks: photocopying, mail processing, and meeting logistics
-
Promote safeguarding in line with trust-wide policies
What We’re Looking For:

Administrative experience including database management and data analysis
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
-
GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
-
Strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
-
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
-
Safer Recruitment certification (or willingness to obtain)
