Overview
As an Application Systems Administrator II, you will ensure the stability, performance, and security of application systems at Navitus. This includes server maintenance, upgrades, disaster recovery, and vendor-purchased application support. You’ll collaborate with developers, business users, IT teams, and vendors to keep systems secure, efficient, and highly available.
Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion applications and databases

Implement security measures and access controls

Support change control and testing processes for system modifications

Monitor and maintain Linux and/or Windows system environments

Recommend and perform upgrades, patches, and reconfigurations

Document and maintain policies, procedures, and training plans

Develop strong vendor relationships

Provide after-hours support when needed
Qualifications
-
Associate degree in Computer Science with 3 years’ experience OR 5 years equivalent work experience in application/server administration

Hands-on enterprise application and hardware troubleshooting experience

Strong knowledge of Atlassian SaaS platforms, Microsoft Cloud, ETL automation, BI tools, ITSM, finance platforms

Windows and/or Red Hat Linux administration experience

Scripting (Shell, Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.) and database skills (Oracle, SQL, Postgres, MongoDB)

Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, compliance standards (HIPAA, URAC, SSAE16)

Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
