Overview

As an Application Systems Administrator II, you will ensure the stability, performance, and security of application systems at Navitus. This includes server maintenance, upgrades, disaster recovery, and vendor-purchased application support. You’ll collaborate with developers, business users, IT teams, and vendors to keep systems secure, efficient, and highly available.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion applications and databases

  • Implement security measures and access controls

  • Support change control and testing processes for system modifications

  • Monitor and maintain Linux and/or Windows system environments

  • Recommend and perform upgrades, patches, and reconfigurations

  • Document and maintain policies, procedures, and training plans

  • Develop strong vendor relationships

  • Provide after-hours support when needed

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Computer Science with 3 years’ experience OR 5 years equivalent work experience in application/server administration

  • Hands-on enterprise application and hardware troubleshooting experience

  • Strong knowledge of Atlassian SaaS platforms, Microsoft Cloud, ETL automation, BI tools, ITSM, finance platforms

  • Windows and/or Red Hat Linux administration experience

  • Scripting (Shell, Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.) and database skills (Oracle, SQL, Postgres, MongoDB)

  • Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, compliance standards (HIPAA, URAC, SSAE16)

  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
