About the Role
As the Admissions Administrator, you will manage all aspects of student admissions including:

Year 7 and Sixth Form entry

In-year admissions and leavers
-
Waiting list coordination
-
Main-round and in-year appeals
You’ll also support the wider administration team to ensure smooth school operations and exceptional service for students, families, and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an organised and detail-oriented professional with:

Proven experience in school administration or similar roles

Excellent ICT skills and confidence with school data systems

GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)

A professional, customer-focused attitude

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
You should be flexible, reliable, and committed to playing a supportive role in our busy school community. A proactive “can-do” attitude is essential.
