As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring a warm welcome and smooth entry process for every visitor. Your responsibilities will include assisting with ticket sales, queue management, and promoting our Zoo Passes and animal experiences.

 Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly as they enter the zoo and provide excellent first impressions

• Answer customer questions and assist with general enquiries

• Operate tills and handle payments accurately and efficiently

• Manage queues effectively, especially during peak times

• Promote and sell Zoo Passes, school/group bookings, and animal experiences

• Keep the admissions foyer and ticketing areas clean and well-presented

• Stay informed about daily pricing, special offers, and current promotions

 What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills

• Clear and confident communication, both verbal and written

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Availability to work weekends and during school holiday periods

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role is beneficial, but not required – full training is provided
