Admissions Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Admissions Co-ordinator to join our welcoming team at Stow Healthcare’s Head Office. You will play a vital role in supporting admissions and assessment processes across our award-winning care homes, ensuring every interaction is a positive experience for potential residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on sales enquiries to maximise occupancy in our care homes.

• Support the central resident assessment process, ensuring care needs can be met.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies with the Group Sales Team.

• Maintain and regularly update the sales database with accurate records.

• Produce and submit reports to deadlines as needed.

• Organise and manage client data, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Work closely with the Client Relations Manager to manage end-to-end sales and marketing processes in the homes.

• Represent the Stow Healthcare brand with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.

• Participate in mandatory training and continuous personal development.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience working in care or elderly support settings.

• Proven relationship management and stakeholder communication experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong IT and data entry skills (CRM/database experience preferred).

• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

• A naturally caring, respectful, and compassionate approach to all interactions.
