Job Overview

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Advanced Analytics Analyst based in North Haven, CT. This role focuses on leveraging advanced data techniques to improve organizational productivity, enable data-driven decision-making, and create a sustainable competitive edge. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, examining, transforming, and modeling complex data sets to generate actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Mining: Utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and anomalies within large and diverse data sources.

  • Insight Generation: Extract valuable insights that support strategic initiatives and operational improvements, highlighting opportunities for further exploration.

  • Project Execution: Operate as an independent contributor, managing moderately complex projects with minimal supervision. Participate in cross-departmental efforts to align analytics with broader business goals.

  • Problem Solving: Tackle general and occasionally broad challenges, developing recommendations to enhance systems, workflows, and data processes. Implement solutions where appropriate to improve efficiency and data quality.

  • Communication: Primarily engage with internal stakeholders to provide regular updates, solicit feedback, and facilitate informed decision-making. Occasional external communications will be straightforward and limited in scope.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification as defined by 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).

  • Experience: At least three years of relevant professional experience in data analytics or a related field, demonstrating practical expertise in data handling and statistical analysis.

  • Skills: Proven ability to work independently on analytical projects, strong problem-solving aptitude, and the capacity to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
