About the Role
Our client in the beauty industry is seeking an experienced Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale a performance-based affiliate marketing program from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape strategy, develop key partnerships, and collaborate with established paid, e-commerce, and PR teams to drive rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead affiliate channel management, including program activation and publisher development strategies.

Stay ahead of affiliate marketing trends to identify new opportunities, publishers, or technologies.

Serve as the primary contact for agencies, networks, and publishers (invoicing, payments, inquiries, applications, fraud checks).

Negotiate and nurture affiliate partnerships while building a pipeline of future opportunities.

Monitor KPIs, optimize campaigns, and provide insights to maximize ROI.

Build and present performance readouts, opportunity briefs, and strategic insights to leadership.

Support technology/analytics integrations, experimentation, and incrementality testing.

Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, E-Comm, Analytics, PR, MarTech) to enhance program impact.
Qualifications
-
3+ years managing performance-based affiliate programs across publishers, influencers, and content partners.

Proven experience building a program from scratch (preferred).

Experience in the beauty/skincare or e-commerce industry.

Proficient with affiliate networks (Rakuten, ShareASale, Impact, CJ, Pepperjam).

Skilled in reporting and performance analysis for senior leadership.

Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

Experience with incrementality, A/B testing, and multivariate testing

Understanding of content marketing trends and performance drivers.

Strong grasp of performance marketing, customer acquisition, and conversion funnels.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.

Nice to have: Experience with influencer marketing, TikTok Shop, and IG Shop.
