Role Overview

We are seeking an Agiloft System Administrator to support and enhance our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Sales teams to improve contracting workflows, pricing processes, and technology integrations. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Product Manager – Legal.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Configuration

  • Configure and maintain Agiloft (templates, workflows, rules, reports).

  • Troubleshoot issues, manage releases, and document system changes.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Sales to gather requirements.

  • Translate needs into functional solutions within Agiloft.

  • Provide end-user training and support.

Process & Agile Support

  • Track work in Azure DevOps (ADO).

  • Assist with backlog grooming, user stories, and sprint reviews.

  • Help refine IT processes and Agile practices.

Pricing Support

  • Learn and manage Excel-based pricing models.

  • Maintain accuracy, version control, and integration with contracting.

  • Support future pricing technology implementations.

Data & Integration Awareness

  • Understand system integrations with Workday, Salesforce, and pricing tools.

  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure smooth data flows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, IS, or related field preferred).

  • 1–2 years of IT, business analyst, or system support experience (internships considered).

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to configure SaaS applications (Agiloft experience a plus).

  • Familiarity with Agile methods and work tracking tools (ADO preferred).

  • Proficiency in Excel, with willingness to learn advanced formulas.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CLM systems, Salesforce, Workday, or enterprise apps.

  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or enterprise data flows.

  • Exposure to tech implementations or upgrades.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $70,000 – $95,000 USD

  • Total estimated compensation: $78,400 – $112,100 USD (with incentives)

  • Eligible for annual performance bonus + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, wellness).
