Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong technical expertise to support the development and deployment of AI, GenAI, and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions across the organization.

  • Oversee, develop, implement, maintain, educate on, and promote digital AI and other digital solutions both internally and externally.

  • Collaborate across diverse markets, business units, and global time zones.

  • Deliver presentations to internal project teams and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare technical reports and communications.

  • Lead the development, incubation, and scaling of innovative AI and digital solutions.

  • Engage in strategic discussions and advocate for leadership on various internal and external initiatives.

  • Investigate, support, and maintain existing and new AI and digital tools, platforms, and solutions.

  • Participate in knowledge sharing and learning initiatives across business units and domains.

  • Develop and submit abstracts for conferences and events throughout the year.

  • Be prepared for occasional travel primarily within North America for team and client meetings.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in consulting or related fields.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, data science, engineering, or a similar discipline.

  • Technical proficiency with AI, GenAI, and LLM tools and applications, including OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Palantir Foundry/AIP, open-source platforms, or equivalents.

  • Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, TypeScript, R, SQL, or similar.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet project and client demands.

  • Experience managing tasks and projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in computer science, AI, data science, engineering, or related fields.

  • Technical experience with platforms and tools such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Palantir Foundry, Palantir AIP, AWS, Python, Power BI, GIS, and database technologies (including data lakes and vector databases).
