About the Role

We’re seeking an AI Analyst to join our AI and Automation team, helping drive the design, development, and deployment of innovative automation technologies across the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure MVB remains at the forefront of AI, generative technology, and robotic process automation (RPA)—all while maintaining strong data ethics, governance, and compliance.

You’ll report directly to the Director of AI and Automation within the Data and Automation team.

What You’ll Do

Support the implementation of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Partner with leadership to identify new opportunities for AI and automation adoption.
Collaborate with the Enterprise Data team to design, curate, and deploy datasets supporting AI and RPA tools.
Develop data-driven analytical tools to uncover automation opportunities.
Work with vendors to provide model training data and create data maps and lineage documentation.
Help standardize onboarding practices for new AI/automation technologies, including developing AI intermediaries and data domains.
Contribute to the creation of an AI intermediary in Snowpark as a central repository for AI/ML models.
Design and evaluate automation workflows to align with business objectives.
Conduct UAT testing for AI and RPA systems to ensure performance and reliability.
Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess and improve automation effectiveness.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in AI, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (required).
3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, predictive analytics, or automation.
Experience in developing and implementing AI and RPA technologies.
Familiarity with enterprise data systems and large-scale analytics platforms.
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts into business insights.
Understanding of data quality, governance, and AI ethics.
Professional certifications in AI, Data Science, or RPA are preferred.
Master’s or Ph.D. in AI, Data Science, or related field (preferred, not required).
