Core Skills & Qualifications

AI Fluency: While not required to build models, you have a strong grasp of concepts like generative AI, large language models (LLMs), data pipelines, and recommendation engines.

Business Acumen: You can distill business needs into structured problem statements and propose AI- or data-driven solutions that deliver tangible value.

Strong Communication: Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across product, engineering, finance, marketing, and operations. Able to articulate AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and write compelling business cases.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in SQL and familiar with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Exposure to APIs, dbt, data catalogs, or Python for data analysis is a plus.

Product Orientation: Confident working in agile teams, managing backlogs, and collaborating with engineers and product leaders to define and prioritize features.

LLM Exposure: Experience or interest in tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Pinecone, or other vector databases. Curiosity about using AI to enhance internal tools or user experiences.

Analytical Thinking: Able to diagram complex workflows, build decision trees, and use logic to organize analysis or product decisions.
