We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design Python automation, integrate it into our AI HelpDesk, and build AI-powered solutions that transform customer workflows. As a DevOps Engineer on our AI Growth Team, you’ll partner with onboarding, operations, and customer teams to deliver scalable, intelligent DevOps outcomes.


DevOps Engineer Responsibilities

  • Develop Python automation solutions (5+ years) and integrate them into AI-driven platforms

  • Design and manage cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) with AI-powered automation

  • Build and optimize Docker images across multiple stacks (Python, Node.js, Java, PHP)

  • Configure and manage Kubernetes clusters for AI-enabled services

  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to collect requirements & troubleshoot

  • Solve complex DevOps challenges through AI automation and workflow optimization

  • Deliver world-class DevOps support while guiding customers through AI-driven transformations


DevOps Engineer Requirements

  • 5+ years of Python development experience

  • 5+ years in cloud architecture, infrastructure, or DevOps

  • 3+ years building Docker images across multiple stacks

  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration

  • Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP

  • Customer-facing experience collecting requirements and solving issues

  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to simplify complex challenges

  • Collaborative, feedback-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
