Hiya, a leader in voice intelligence, is seeking an AI Engineer to join their team in Seattle, WA. This role focuses on developing and integrating AI solutions, particularly with large language models (LLMs), to enhance Hiya’s products.

About the Role:
You will integrate AI solutions, conduct model evaluations, fine-tune LLMs, implement AI orchestration, and contribute to the technical direction of LLM application development.
What You’ll Do:
- Integrate AI solutions into existing products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct model evaluations, prompt engineering, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Implement and manage AI orchestration (agent-based systems).
- Design and implement AI-powered applications and interfaces.
- Shape the technical direction of LLM application development.
- Stay updated on AI research.
What You’ll Need To Succeed:
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with foundational model APIs and pre-trained open-source models.
- Understanding of machine learning workflows and LLM fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration and agent-based systems (LangChain, AutoGen, n8n).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

You Will Have a Fast Start If You Have Experience:
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Kubernetes and containerization technologies.

Compensation:
- $134,000 – $262,000 (salary range, based on skills, experience, and market data).
