AI Engineer Responsibilities
As an AI Engineer, you will:

Build and deploy production-ready agentic AI systems using LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen

Implement multi-agent orchestration workflows with tool-calling and autonomous decision-making

Design robust RAG pipelines with vector databases and semantic search

Develop advanced prompt engineering strategies, few-shot learning techniques, and fine-tuning workflows

Implement consensus algorithms and multi-LLM validation for medical device applications

Design CI/CD pipelines for AI deployment, versioning, and rollback strategies
AI Engineer Requirements
To succeed as an AI Engineer, you should have:

4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, including production deployment of Large Language Models

Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) and multi-agent systems

Proven RAG expertise with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma), embedding models, and semantic search

Advanced DevOps/MLOps skills with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation

Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pandas, and NumPy

Azure cloud expertise, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, AKS, Azure OpenAI Service, and Cognitive Services
