AI Engineer Responsibilities
As an AI Engineer, you will:

Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI-driven automation opportunities in people analytics

Architect end-to-end AI solutions from proof-of-concept to production deployment

Build and test AI agents using OpenAI models, NLP pipelines, and ML techniques

Integrate AI solutions with ATS platforms, APIs, and cloud data infrastructure

Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver seamless AI-enabled features

Develop reusable frameworks, tools, and processes for AI agent development

Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing AI solutions in production

Ensure compliance with security and ethical AI best practices

Stay current with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and trends
AI Engineer Qualifications
To succeed as an AI Engineer, you’ll need:

Proven experience designing and deploying AI agents or intelligent automation in production

Expert-level Python skills with API development and integration experience

Strong background in ML, NLP, and OpenAI or other LLM platforms

Hands-on experience architecting AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Solid understanding of data engineering and collaboration with analytics teams

Ability to translate business needs into technical architectures and deliverables

Experience integrating AI with third-party systems (ATS, CRM, HRIS)

Familiarity with MLOps practices for AI model monitoring and versioning
