Key Responsibilities:

Develop and train AI/ML models (GenAI, NLP, predictive analytics).

Deploy and optimize AI solutions in cloud and on-premise environments.

Work with large healthcare datasets, ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Integrate AI models with existing technology platforms.

Monitor and refine models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Stay updated with AI/ML research to drive innovation.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.

Identify opportunities for workflow automation using AI.
Qualifications:
-
Master’s/Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering (GenAI, NLP, deep learning, computer vision).

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude).

Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and big data tools.

Healthcare AI experience and regulatory knowledge (HIPAA, CMS) preferred.
What to Expect:

Fully remote (U.S. only) with minimal travel (0–10%).

Pay range: $147,200 – $210,300/year (based on region, skills, and experience).
