About the Role
As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer at Regal, you will own the onboarding journey for each customer, treating every implementation like a micro product launch. Your mission? Take customers from contract signature to a fully deployed AI Agent in their contact center within two weeks.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise and product strategy—translating business objectives into real-world AI-driven experiences. Whether you come from a Solutions Engineering background with strong product instincts or you’re a former Product Manager eager to dive into code, APIs, and customer success, this is your chance to define the next generation of AI-powered customer experiences.
Responsibilities
🔹 Drive a 14-Day Launch – Treat each onboarding like a mini product development cycle, ensuring a fully integrated, high-performing AI Agent is live in just two weeks.
🔹 Own the Product Vision (Per Deployment) – Collaborate with customers to define goals, success metrics, and operational needs, then craft a clear, measurable deployment plan that aligns with Regal’s capabilities.
🔹 Architect Technical Integrations – Work hands-on with APIs, webhooks, and databases to ensure seamless, secure integration between Regal and customers’ existing systems.
🔹 Shape Conversational Experiences – Partner with Regal AI Product Specialists to refine voice prompts and AI agent settings, ensuring a high-quality, compliant, and effective customer interaction.
🔹 Measure, Iterate, and Optimize – Set up reports to track AI Agent performance, refine post-call AI analysis prompts, and design an A/B testing roadmap to drive continuous improvement.
🔹 Manage Stakeholders & Timelines – Provide weekly updates, manage deadlines, proactively communicate with internal and external teams, and adjust priorities to mitigate risks and drive success.
🔹 Unlock Future Value & Growth – Identify new use cases, features, and expansion opportunities, ensuring each deployment leads to a long-term partnership with sustained value.
🔹 Travel Requirement – Expect to travel one week per month to customer offices (if applicable) for launch support, executive meetings, and strategic check-ins.
