Alice Hyde Medical Center seeks a full-time Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for its main campus clinic in Malone, NY. Operating within standard daytime hours (8 am-5 pm, 40 hours/week), this role involves delivering high-quality, team-based primary care, including routine/well-care, care coordination, and specialist referrals. While prior experience is preferred, new graduates will be considered and trained. As a Licensed Independent Practitioner working with physician collaboration, the APP will provide comprehensive care in a compassionate environment focused on quality and access. The position offers a salary range of $120,000 to $160,000, with scope of practice formally credentialed by the medical center.
