Essential Functions

As an Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting client decision-making through data-driven insights and market research analysis. Your key responsibilities include:

Identifying meaningful trends and crafting actionable recommendations to address business challenges using both benchmark/survey data and personal business acumen.
Designing, deploying, and reporting on custom surveys—primarily using the Qualtrics platform—to generate robust benchmark data.
Creating well-structured, impactful survey questions based on market research best practices to yield high-quality, actionable insights.
Analyzing and segmenting survey results using Excel and other analytical tools.
Applying statistical methods to determine confidence intervals and other test parameters.
Delivering high-quality client reports using automation tools, Microsoft Word, and content publishing software.
Interpreting data to highlight trends and insights, ultimately supporting clients’ strategic decision-making.
Demonstrating proficiency in market research methodologies, including survey design, longitudinal study execution, and panel structuring.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Work Experience:

Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years in analytical or data-driven roles.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills.
Experience creating custom or syndicated market research reports.
Skilled in data visualization and graphical representation for reporting purposes.
Working knowledge of basic statistical methods, including confidence intervals and regression analysis.
High attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality deliverables.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Compensation

Trinity’s compensation structure is designed to be competitive and considers a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, performance, qualifications, geographic location, and market trends.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually
Bonus Eligibility: Annual discretionary performance bonus
