Commercial Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Data Analyst to join our team at a leading fragrance house. In this first-shift role (Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM), you’ll provide crucial support to the commercial team by managing data tasks within our internal systems, focusing on accurate data implementation and reviewing open requests. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring precise data entry and diligent follow-up on ongoing tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry Management: Review, organize, and accurately input critical information into various systems based on inputs from the commercial team. You’ll also be responsible for tracking these entries.
  • Reporting: Generate reports to verify data accuracy and track any issues, including clear reason codes for discrepancies.
  • Communication: Proactively communicate any issues or unexpected outcomes to the commercial team in a timely manner.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Education: A High School Diploma is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or data entry is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills or equivalent tools are preferred.
    • Experience with AI tools (like Copilot) for problem-solving is a bonus.
    • Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP tools is also a plus.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently on week-long tasks.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
