Analyst/Associate, Credit Private Equity

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess potential equity and credit investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF) valuations, comparable transaction analysis, and detailed operating model development.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence, including industry research, business analysis, and expert consultations.
• Prepare screening memos and investment committee presentations to support decision-making.
• Oversee asset management, including portfolio valuation, regular financial reviews with management teams, and participation in board meetings in an observatory capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• 3+ years of experience as an Analyst or first-year Associate in investment banking or a buy-side institution (private equity and/or credit fund).
• Advanced Excel proficiency, with exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Outstanding written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
