Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Reports & Dashboards: Create actionable dashboards and visual reports that showcase key performance indicators (KPIs), identify inefficiencies, and provide root cause analysis for operational challenges.

  • Optimize & Maintain Dashboards: Ensure reports are accurate, performance-optimized, and visually compelling to drive meaningful business insights.

  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, operational impacts, and opportunities for improvement.

  • SQL Development & Performance Tuning: Develop medium-complexity SQL queries and stored procedures, focusing on optimization and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Business Teams: Work with eCommerce and Marketing teams to understand their analytics requirements and develop tailored reporting solutions.

  • Agile Team Participation: Engage in Agile project teams, actively contributing to planning, analysis, design, development, and testing.

  • Ad-hoc Reporting & Insights: Provide on-demand reporting solutions across multiple business units, supporting strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field).

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience developing dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience leveraging SQL for data analysis and performance optimization.

  • 2+ years of experience in data modeling and trend analysis to drive business insights.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in MS Word and Access.

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Python, or R.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $85,280 – $123,760 annually (based on location, experience, and skills).
