Application Support Administrator Responsibilities
Manage User Access & Permissions
As an Application Support Administrator, you will handle user account setup, permissions, and security compliance. You’ll ensure that employees have proper access to the systems they need while maintaining strict adherence to company policies.
Troubleshoot & Support Applications
The Application Support Administrator reviews incoming Help Desk tickets, providing technical assistance for applications such as Applied Epic, Sagitta, BenefitPoint, ImageRight, and Vertafore. You’ll resolve issues efficiently, escalate when necessary, and provide timely feedback to internal customers.
Application Support Administrator Skills
Technical & Help Desk Expertise
The ideal Application Support Administrator has experience working in Help Desk environments, preferably with tools like ServiceNow. Strong knowledge of Agency Management System administration is essential, along with the ability to work on multiple applications while maintaining attention to detail.
Communication & Collaboration
As an Application Support Administrator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing clear updates and guidance on application-related issues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills ensure effective collaboration and smooth workflows.
Additional Qualifications

Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and MS Office products

Insurance agency experience is a plus

Knowledge of applications such as Concur, DocuSign, Smartsheet, Applied CSR24, Applied TAM, Erlon is helpful but not required
