Novidea is looking for a skilled Application Support Specialist to join our US support desk. As an Application Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality technical and functional support to our B2B insurance clients, ensuring seamless Salesforce and Novidea platform experiences. You’ll collaborate with R&D and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver solutions, and drive exceptional customer satisfaction across the US. Responsibilities of the Application Support Specialist

Deliver Exceptional Application Support

As an Application Support Specialist, you will manage support inquiries from US-based clients via phone, Salesforce CRM, and video calls. You will troubleshoot Salesforce-based insurance solutions, document interactions, escalate priority issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Manage Technical and Functional Issues

You will perform installations, configurations, and system updates for both Novidea and Salesforce applications. Conducting user training, creating knowledge base articles, and understanding business workflows and security regulations in the insurance industry will be key aspects of your work.

Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with global teams including Delivery, Customer Success, Product, R&D, and Implementations to resolve customer issues efficiently. You will act as the primary support contact for the US desk, managing and resolving issues independently while providing excellent communication and updates to clients.


Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of customer support experience in software or SaaS environments

  • Proven experience supporting Salesforce-based applications

  • Strong technical background and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-focused approach

  • Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the insurance industry

  • Salesforce certifications

  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
