Key Responsibilities

Assist licensed Electricians with installations, maintenance, and repairs

Support in start-up, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Complete service reports, logs, and documentation accurately

Maintain personal and company tools and equipment
-
Adhere strictly to safety regulations and Loenbro’s values

Participate in educational and on-the-job learning to develop skills
Preferred Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in an electrical apprenticeship or similar role
-
Familiarity with industrial and commercial electrical systems
-
Understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) standards

Basic computer and technical troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
-
Must be 18+ and able to pass a drug screen and background check
-
Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced industrial environment
Work Environment & Conditions

Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot and cold)

Work in confined spaces and elevated areas
-
May be exposed to loud noise (85+ decibels) and strong odors
-
Work on limited or uneven surfaces

Physical demands include bending, climbing, lifting, and standing for long periods
