The Hurlingham Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice IT Technician to join our outstanding support team.  Role Overview:

As our Apprentice IT Technician, you’ll work closely with the IT Site Manager and cluster team to support the delivery and maintenance of IT infrastructure across five academies:

  • The Hurlingham Academy (Primary location)

  • Ernest Bevin Academy

  • Paddington Academy

  • Holland Park School

  • The Elms Academy

This is a unique opportunity to grow within a dynamic multi-academy trust, gaining vital experience in troubleshooting, software/hardware support, and network maintenance in an educational environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems

  • Provide frontline IT support to staff and students, both remotely and on-site

  • Maintain accurate records of IT issues and resolutions

  • Monitor system performance and report issues to the Site Manager

  • Support safe, secure, and responsible IT usage in schools
