Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Approved Electrician to join our team for commercial and industrial electrical projects across Greater Manchester and the North West. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability, reliability, and attention to safety, with a proven track record in electrical installations and maintenance. Own transport and tools are essential for this mobile role.
Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems

Read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics to determine system layouts

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults using appropriate tools and methods

Ensure full compliance with current IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)

Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and fellow tradespeople to deliver quality results

Uphold health and safety procedures and maintain clean, organised work environments
Requirements & Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience as an approved electrician (preferred)

Full understanding of commercial and industrial electrical practices

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation

18th Edition qualified

Competence in using hand and power tools safely and effectively

Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Own tools and reliable transport required
