Area Finance & Business Administration Manager – Siemens

We are seeking an Area Finance & Business Administration Manager (preferably based in Chicago) to oversee financial performance and business administration within our SI Buildings division. This role partners with key stakeholders to optimize financial strategy, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic financial partner to Area Managers, overseeing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

  • Lead financial planning, reporting, and productivity initiatives to improve profitability and competitiveness.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Commercial Project Managers on high-impact projects.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and accounting standards.

  • Mentor and lead Commercial Project Managers and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 6+ years of finance/accounting experience (construction industry experience preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial analysis, and risk management.

  • Proficient in MS Office, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
