Salary: Up to £35,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in daily venue operations to ensure the smooth delivery of exceptional customer experiences

• Step into the General Manager role when required, providing confident leadership across all departments

• Lead, train, and inspire new and existing team members, maintaining high standards of service and team morale

• Oversee venue functions such as team recruitment, scheduling, social media marketing, film programming, and stock control

• Drive business performance and customer satisfaction through operational excellence and hands-on management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Deputy or Assistant General Manager role within a customer service or hospitality environment

• A genuine passion for people, film, food, and service

• Strong leadership skills with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Confidence in decision-making, training, and operational management
