As we reshape shopper expectations and redefine supermarket aisles, we’re looking for a creative, energetic, and strategic Assistant Brand Manager to help us bring that vision to life.

About the Role

As our Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll play a central role in turning strategic marketing plans into impactful brand executions. You’ll be involved in everything from product innovation and digital marketing to retailer activations and eCommerce performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement retailer activations (in-store and online) across key accounts to boost visibility and sales.

  • Track and report on activation performance using tools like Roamler.

  • Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on e-tail platforms to increase Veetee’s digital footprint and household penetration.

  • Assist with PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, and paid social campaigns.

  • Manage and develop Veetee’s Amazon UK store, including rollout strategy for EU markets.

  • Support new product launches across multiple categories.

  • Contribute to performance marketing across search, display, and social—focused on ROI, acquisition, and conversion.

  • Work cross-functionally on ad hoc projects to support brand and business goals.

What You’ll Need

  • 2–3 years of experience in brand or digital marketing (FMCG experience preferred).

  • Proficiency in digital/performance marketing tools (e.g. paid search, display, social).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite and general IT proficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • A proactive self-starter with strong project management and communication skills.

  • An analytical, detail-oriented, and creative mindset.

  • Adaptability to shifting trends and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A can-do attitude with a drive to grow and deliver results.

Work Location

This is a fully on-site role at our headquarters in Strood South, ME2 4DU. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate prior to starting.
