About the Role:
The ABM supports brand strategy development for hair care and home essentials across all channels (brochures, flyers, avon.com, emerging channels). You will manage all Representative and consumer touchpoints for base and new products, collaborating with multiple teams. This role reports to the Brand Manager, Body Care/Hair Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of an 18-month rolling product innovation calendar.
- Help guide product portfolio evolution using data, insights, and product expertise.
- Manage all product aspects from concept to launch (brief, copy, positioning, etc.).
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans.
- Support marketing program execution.
- Execute and track projects, understanding the NPD process.
- Manage product/project tracking spreadsheets.
- Interface with vendors (samples, fact sheets, costs).
- Help drive the NPD process.
- Help guide content and channel vehicle production.
- Evaluate brochure analytics and extract insights for future campaigns.
- Partner with brochure management and creative teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in product development or marketing.
- Experience marketing in a digital world (social media, e-commerce, analytics).
- Experience working in a matrix environment and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Understanding of trends and customer needs.
- Experience partnering with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales for product development and storytelling.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000.
