Our Operations

Our U.S. production facility in Owensboro, Kentucky, is responsible for manufacturing our moist snuff, chewing tobacco, and nicotine pouch products, ensuring quality and consistency across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Support budget management, including invoice processing and financial planning.
  • Oversee digital initiatives, such as social media, direct marketing, and media campaigns.
  • Develop and implement consumer engagement programs to drive brand awareness.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior leadership.
  • Ensure all creative materials meet the highest quality and brand safety standards.
  • Maintain a competitive tracker and monitor marketplace trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Assist in managing and reporting on ZYN social media platforms.
  • Support ZYN trade marketing and merchandising efforts.
  • Contribute to the annual strategic planning process.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 3 years of brand management experience, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple timelines and deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, using data-driven insights to inform strategy.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with minimal supervision required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
  • Experience managing vendor and agency partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Office 365, OneDrive) and the ability to learn internal software applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
