Assistant Clinic Manager – Elevate Operations & Client Experience

Position Overview

As an Assistant Clinic Manager at SkinSpirit, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, fostering a high-performance team, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Working alongside the Clinic Manager, you will help drive business growth, support staff development, and uphold the highest standards of service.

📅 Schedule: Must be flexible, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Specific hours vary by location.


Key Responsibilities

Support Clinic Operations – Assist in managing sales, customer service, employee performance, and administrative tasks to align with company policies and standards.
Drive Revenue Growth – Help achieve and exceed monthly financial targets, tracking key performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and client retention.
Team Leadership & Development – Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse, high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching and support.
Client Satisfaction & Engagement – Oversee client feedback, address concerns, and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Operational Excellence – Identify opportunities to improve processes, ensuring efficiency and a seamless clinic experience.
Collaborate with Leadership – Work closely with the Clinic Manager and leadership team to implement strategic initiatives and meet business goals.


What You Bring

🔹 Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (HS Diploma/GED required).

  • 2+ years of experience in medical/spa, luxury retail, or hospitality (4+ years preferred).

  • Leadership experience in coaching, developing, and managing teams.

🔹 Skills & Attributes:

  • A growth mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new technologies.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

💰 Pay Range: $27.00 – $42.00/hr (+ bonus potential)
Compensation is based on experience, clinic location, and market conditions.
