We’re currently looking for a Project Coordinator Assistant to help drive operational efficiency by supporting labor scheduling and material tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project scheduling and coordination

  • Handle record-keeping and documentation

  • Communicate clearly with vendors and team members (written & verbal)

  • Manage purchase orders and track material deliveries

  • Perform project and process management tasks as needed

  • Use Microsoft Office and QuickBooks to maintain data and workflows

  • Support multiple projects and multitask in a deadline-driven setting

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in construction, coordination, or administration preferred

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and purchase order systems

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive references and a willingness to learn are a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00/hour (DOE), or $37,500 – $45,760/year

  • Benefits: Available to full-time employees after a waiting period
