We’re currently looking for a Project Coordinator Assistant to help drive operational efficiency by supporting labor scheduling and material tracking.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in project scheduling and coordination

Handle record-keeping and documentation
-
Communicate clearly with vendors and team members (written & verbal)

Manage purchase orders and track material deliveries
-
Perform project and process management tasks as needed
-
Use Microsoft Office and QuickBooks to maintain data and workflows

Support multiple projects and multitask in a deadline-driven setting
Qualifications
-
Prior experience in construction, coordination, or administration preferred

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with QuickBooks and purchase order systems

Excellent communication skills
-
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Positive references and a willingness to learn are a plus
Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00/hour (DOE), or $37,500 – $45,760/year

Benefits: Available to full-time employees after a waiting period
