About the Role
As an Assistant Customer Propositions Manager within the UK WPB Mass Affluent team, you’ll focus on shaping and enhancing the Premier proposition – one of HSBC’s flagship offerings for high-value retail customers.
You’ll help identify customer needs, support strategic initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver outstanding propositions that drive customer advocacy and business value.
Key Responsibilities

Support the development of new and enhanced Premier propositions tailored to affluent customer needs

Work closely with Product, CRM, Digital, Wealth, and Customer Experience teams to deliver best-in-class offerings

Use data and insight to identify opportunities and risks

Assist in aligning customer strategies across distribution and engagement channels

Contribute to proposition roadmaps, governance frameworks, and business case planning
-
Engage in agile, cross-functional co-creation with local and global stakeholders

Provide governance and support for Group-level Premier strategies in the UK context
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in customer propositions, digital product development, or related environments

Experience juggling multiple initiatives and priorities across stakeholders

Strong analytical and commercial acumen, including working with budgets, forecasts, and performance data
-
Track record in delivering and managing proposition and/or product initiatives
-
Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and presenting complex ideas clearly
-
Strategic thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Able to operate in a globally diverse, collaborative environment
