About the Role
As the Assistant Director of Finance, you will support the Director of Finance in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and driving financial efficiency. You will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls, collaborating with leadership to optimize financial performance.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting, month-end closing, and budget preparation.

Maintain strong financial controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth.

Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial decisions.

Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.

Facilitate internal and external audits.
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in finance, preferably in hospitality.

Strong leadership and analytical skills.

Proficiency in financial systems (Excel, Sun, iScala, Opera).

High integrity and attention to detail.
