The Role
As Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our vibrant hospitality venue. This includes leading and developing the team, ensuring top-tier service standards, managing health & safety protocols, and contributing to the venue’s financial performance.
You’ll be hands-on in maintaining a high-performing team and ensuring guests receive a consistently exceptional experience.
Your Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operational management across all departments.

Lead, develop, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.

Uphold and exceed food, beverage, and hospitality standards.

Oversee housekeeping, H&S compliance, and facilities upkeep.

Assist with financial targets, cost control, and stock management.

Use back-of-house systems and platforms for operations and reporting.

Maintain strong communication with the General Manager and wider leadership team.
About You
We’re seeking an inspiring hospitality professional who is passionate about guest experiences and operational excellence. You’ll bring:

1+ year of experience in a similar Assistant General Manager role.

Solid F&B knowledge and familiarity with hospitality trends.

Experience with back-of-house systems (POS, stock control, etc.).

Strong leadership and delegation skills.

A good understanding of financial performance and cost control.

Proactive mindset with excellent organizational abilities.

A keen eye for detail in service delivery, safety, and venue standards.
