- Provide outstanding leadership and management across the school
- Support the school’s strategies for continuous improvement
- Lead on daily operational teaching and learning across two sites
- Deliver exemplary teaching and learning with a small teaching timetable
- Oversee the curriculum and monitor student progress
- Implement tracking and assessment strategies
- Manage and support staff, contributing to their training and development
- Deputise for the Deputy Headteacher and Headteacher when required
- Maintain robust safeguarding measures and lead on safeguarding training
- Support staff with behaviour management strategies
- Build strong relationships with professional services and community groups
What We’re Looking For:
- A passionate leader with a commitment to supporting students with SEMH/SEND needs
- A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with at least three years’ experience in a SEND/SEMH environment
- A track record of outstanding teaching and leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted and independent school standards
- Experience in managing a variety of behavioural needs
- A proactive and strategic mindset, with excellent communication skills
