The Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for every customer. You’ll bring energy, leadership, and a sense of fun to everything you do – from operations to team development.
This role is a fantastic stepping stone toward becoming a Deputy Manager. If you’re ambitious and ready to grow, we’ll support your journey every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of the centre operations

Deliver a culture focused on exceptional customer service

Lead by example, ensuring teamwork and positivity

Support the delivery of company strategy and business goals

Deputise in the absence of the Deputy Manager

Take ownership of your training to progress in your career

Help the management team achieve targets, KPIs, and budgets

Support other departments as required

Ensure daily compliance with all policies and procedures
What You Bring

1+ year in a management role (leisure, hospitality, or retail preferred)
-
Passion for delivering excellent customer service

Experience leading and developing large, diverse teams

Determination, enthusiasm, and patience
