Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Paralegal to join our Financial Services Disputes and Investigations (FSDI) team in Bristol. TLT’s FSDI team is one of the largest legal service providers to the financial services sector in the UK, comprising over 300 specialist lawyers.
You will play a key support role in complex legal cases, working with a wide range of financial institutions, including UK clearing banks, international banks, building societies, and fintech providers.
Key Responsibilities:

Investigating and analysing financial claims and drafting initial advice

Preparing trial bundles and legal documentation

Instructing experts and reviewing their reports

Drafting correspondence with clients and other parties

Reviewing discovery/disclosure documents

Managing, reporting, and analysing management information

Supporting billing processes and financial tracking
Skills & Experience:
Required:

Law degree or equivalent qualification

Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
High level of accuracy and strong organisational skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Preferred:

Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and iManage
