Assistant Project Manager

What You’ll Do

• Manage project documents such as submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and meeting minutes.

• Support project activities under the guidance of the Project Manager, including planning, coordination, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with company and project policies, procedures, and standards.

• Maintain logs for change orders, submittals, and document controls, and prepare documentation for construction meetings.

• Ensure timely and accurate contract submittals.

• Create and issue subcontractor contracts.

• Assemble and deliver Owner and Maintenance Manuals on schedule.

• Ensure adherence to the project quality control plan.

• Excellent organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up abilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proven skills in time management and organization.

• Ability to identify and fulfill customer expectations.

• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Oracle experience preferred.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.

• At least 1 year of construction-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
