Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, design, execution, and close-out of construction and facilities projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with Fujifilm’s corporate standards. You will collaborate with project managers, facility managers, vendors, contractors, and consultants, gaining exposure to diverse projects ranging from $10K to $1M.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support project lifecycle activities, including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, specifications, and bid analysis for construction, equipment, and vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate with multi-business units, consultants, contractors, and architects to drive project success.
  • Prepare and update space plans, warehouse layouts, and office environments using AutoCAD.
  • Manage vendor relationships for equipment procurement, security systems, and forklift maintenance contracts.
  • Track budgets, audit invoices, and develop project summaries and reports.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies or processes to improve operational productivity.
  • Maintain facility files, square footage allocations, and forklift databases.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 2–3 years of Project Management experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project), SAP, and Bluebeam Revu.

Salary & Benefits

  • Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 (based on experience).
