The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic Residential Lettings Management team at our Baker Street office. You’ll play a key role in supporting our property managers while managing your own small portfolio—making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop their career in property management within a high-performing, client-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pre-tenancy works to prepare properties for new tenants

  • Resolve issues identified in check-in reports

  • Carry out property visits and report follow-ups

  • Manage routine and reactive maintenance tasks efficiently

  • Process contractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and fund availability

  • Maintain detailed records on the CRM system including landlord instructions and tenancy clauses

  • Complete end-of-tenancy procedures, including utility updates and check-out bookings

  • Handle check-out reports, agree deductions, and liaise with tenants and landlords

  • Manage TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) claims and updates

  • Archive and organise property files, invoices, emails, and key documents

  • Act as a liaison between tenants and landlords, ensuring exceptional service

  • Assist with departmental tasks such as sorting post and email communications
