Overview:
CÉ LA VI is seeking a motivated and proactive Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our high-energy, luxury hospitality venue. Working closely with the Manager, you’ll help lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest operational standards.
This role is ideal for an experienced leader who is hands-on, organized, and passionate about team development and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day service operations

Support the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of team members

Facilitate onboarding and implement buddy systems for new hires

Ensure staff grooming and uniform standards are upheld

Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and urgency

Participate in station planning, opening/closing procedures, and team briefings

Implement and uphold policies that enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate operations and promotions

Foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture

Mentor and support team development and organizational change
