What We’re Looking For:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Advisor to drive our sales team while receiving mentorship and training to become a Sales Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing into a future leader of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales Advisor Focus:

  • Assist customers in identifying their vehicle needs and provide product knowledge.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and assist in the sales process from start to finish.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through follow-up calls, emails, and exceptional service.
  • Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
  • Stay up to date on product information, promotions, and industry trends to provide customers with accurate information.
  • Help customers with trade-in appraisals and financing options.
  • Maintain a clean, professional sales environment and represent the dealership in a positive light.

Sales Manager Training Focus:

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to learn team leadership, sales strategy, and dealership operations.
  • Assist in training, coaching, and developing other members of the sales team.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to dealership sales goals and strategies.
  • Learn inventory management, sales reporting, and performance metrics to help drive profitability.
  • Actively participate in leadership development programs, preparing you for future career advancement into a Sales Manager role.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience or related sales experience.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to help customers find the perfect vehicle.
  • A strong work ethic, with a commitment to achieving personal and dealership sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
